Logan was working on his crawling skills while we were there, and since then he has perfected them! He is all over the place, and quickly! He is happiest when we just put him on the ground and let him roam around. Our little guy also reached another milestone, he got his first tooth! As if all of that weren't enough for one month, he is also learning how to pull himself up to a standing position. Unfortunately, he figured out how to do it in his crib too so that was a mad rush to quickly figure out how to lower the crib before bedtime that night! He will crawl over to his little boppy chair that he always sits in and he holds on and stands up to straighten those little legs. He is certainly keeping us on our toes! He is eating all kinds of things now too, but his favorite seems to be papaya. (Pat - he's definitely your grandson!)
We were also lucky enough to get a visit from Nana (my mom). She came to stay with us to take care of Logan while I traveled to the US for a conference. We even got to spend Mother's Day together!
Here are some pictures from our trip...
Logan meeting Avery
He just can't help himself!
In Bogota they do something known as Cyclovia every Sunday and holiday. They close down several of the major roads to car traffic and only allow cyclists, walkers, and joggers. It is great! This is us taking a walk during Cyclovia.
There are so many beautiful parks in the city! We stopped at one of them to take some pictures with the mountains in the background.
